Religious Associations and Information
This section will list resources for transsexuals as they come to my attention. Again, omission of a church or religious organization does not imply they are not sympathetic or helpful. Rather as always my listing is a result of direct experience or communication from someone who has had direct contact with the listed group is the guide to its addition. I recommend the following highly.
Jewish Services
Meeting on the campus of Portland State University at the
Campus Ministries Building, this is a growing community of individuals and,
couples and families who find inspiration in Jewish Renewel. All are
welcome regardless of denomination, gender, sexual orientation, or ability.
Because of their spiritual approach, non-Jews often find themselves
welcome. Some of my patients have found great peace here.

I have met Reverend Sene at a trial where she help a sister in
a time of trouble. She is very compassionate and understanding. I
would recommend her church highly.
